ReturnS & Refunds Policy
At MR Apple, we strive to provide high-quality products and reliable service.
Replacement Window
Requests for replacement or refund must be made within 72 working hours from the date of delivery.
If the request is made after this period, we may not be able to process the replacement or refund.
Eligible Cases for Replacement
Replacement will be accepted only if:
• The product is defective on arrival
• The product is physically damaged during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
The product must be unused and returned with:
• Original packaging
• All accessories
• Invoice copy
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
• The product has been used
• The product is damaged due to mishandling
• The return is requested due to personal preference or change of mind
Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most products sold on mr-apple.in come with manufacturer warranty only. For warranty claims after the return window, customers must contact the brand’s service center.
