Basic Terms & Conditions

1. It is hereby informed that mr-apple.in is a marketing and distribution platform and is not the manufacturer of the products listed on the website.
2. All products sold through our website are genuine and come with a valid GST invoice.
3. Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our warehouse or are handed over to the courier partner.
4. If you require your company GST number on the invoice, please enter it during checkout in the GST section while placing the order.
5. Order Cancellation Policy:
   • 2% will be deducted as a convenience fee if the order is cancelled before shipping.
   • 5% will be deducted if the order is cancelled after shipping.
   • 3% will be deducted if the order is modified after shipping.
   • No charges will apply if the order is modified before shipping.
6. Refunds will be processed only after the product is received back in the same condition as it was shipped. Refunds may take 5–7 working days and will be credited to the original payment method.
7. Products sold on the website are individual computer components or accessories and may not represent a complete computer system unless specifically mentioned.
8. Any product purchased for special or abnormal environments must be informed at the time of purchase. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
9. Customers cannot waive responsibility on the grounds of not reading or understanding these terms and conditions.
10. MR Apple reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or technical problems.
11. The courts of Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising out of this agreement.

Warranty / RMA

1. All products sold on mr-apple.in come with manufacturer or distributor warranty only, unless otherwise mentioned.
2. Warranty service will follow the official brand warranty policy.
3. If the brand provides a local service center, customers must approach the service center directly with the invoice.
4. Goods will be accepted for warranty only if they are in good physical condition.
5. Warranty will be void if there is:
   • Physical damage
   • Broken or burnt components
   • Tampered warranty stickers
   • Missing accessories
6. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and not damage caused by misuse, mishandling, electrical issues, or improper installation.
7. Warranty claims may take time depending on the manufacturer. MR Apple is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers or distributors.
8. Products may be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s policy.

Replacement & Refund Policy

1. Replacement or refund requests must be raised within 72 working hours from the date of delivery.
2. After this period, MR Apple will not be responsible for any replacement or refund.
3. Returns will not be accepted if the product is:
   • Used
   • Damaged due to mishandling
   • Returned due to personal preference or change of mind.
4. Replacement or refund will only be processed if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival and verified by our team.
